Episode 13
• Soo-ha's reason for not telling Hye-sung the truth about his returned memories - her plan to send him away - is understandable but I'm really glad that it didn't last longer than an episode and I love that the reason he finally confessed was to help her. She's going to be mad, understandably, but hopefully she doesn't move out in a huff.
They had a bunch of moments I enjoyed. I love that they went the entire way to his apartment holding hands and she apparently didn't even notice until they got inside. I loved Soo-ha taking the opportunity to kiss her at the bus stop and then claiming it was just a misunderstanding and that tying back to her hand-kiss way back at the beginning of the series. And then just a lot of little moments between them. You know things are back to normal because the two of them are all over each other again - Hye-sung jumping on his back when she thinks she sees a cockroach and them fighting over the police flyer.
• I loved both Hye-sung and Kwan-woo saying that they have learned from each other and that it has made them a better lawyer which is 100% true.
• Ah, Kwan-woo why would you try and attack the serial killer! That was such a dumb move.
• I thought it'd be revealed that Judge Seo was having the affair with Dal-joong's wife but it seems not. So a combination of not wanting to look bad + her offering him a child (which apparently he really wants) and he's willing to sentence an innocent man to prison for life? Eh, I find this explanation for it all a little lacklustre.
Episode 14
• I love so much that after a morning of scared/sad Soo-ah avoiding her eyes Hye-sung decided she couldn't bear it and forced him to meet her eyes and confessed her feeling for him. ♥ His grin when he walked away and then immediately running back, picking her up and kissing her was so great. They were pretty adorable throughout. I particularily enjoyed the handholding.
• I really love that Hye-sung was sincerely worried about how this news would affect Do-yeon and most of her uncertainty about what to do stemmed from that. I loved her 'I'm sorry' at the end.
• "This is what Hye-sung is always like. I think she became a lawyer just to create havoc with the legal system." - Do-yeon. LOL. I feel like Judge Kim would high-five her if he was there.
• The law stuff on this show might be mostly dumb but I am super fond of the reoccurring law cast.
+ I loved Judge Kim and his two junior judges' reactions to Hye-sung showing up at lunch. The fact that she intimidates them amuses me so much. I also loved Judge Kim's immediate 'of course I'd tell the truth' response because he is a good guy.
+ Yoo Chang's unruffled reaction to Hye-sung going into the interview room to yell about Joon-gook [and his warning to lawyer Shin to cover his ears, lol] and then her completely nonchalant return to the room and Yoo Chang's amusement was a delight. Love them.
+ The three of them doing a mock trial and Lawyer Shin being all excited for a second that he beat her - lol.
+ Judge Kim recommending Kwan-woo for a job made me aww.
• I loved Kwan-woo's meeting with Soo-ha. I disagree with him telling Soo-ha to keep it secret but I loved everything else he said. That he was sure that it wouldn't change how Hye-sung viewed Soo-ha because she's not that kind of person, that it was Joon-gook who started this all, and that Soo-ha isn't to blame for any of it. It's so nice to see him back to normal and not being petty. I loved Soo-ha being all angsty and mad about Kwan-woo making him look immature again, lol.
• I loved Hye-sung using the exact same words Judge Seo used at her during the fireworks incident when she confronted him.
