I liked it.

YAY, Mr. Kaplan's alive! I was actually prety sure I was simply in denial so I'm really happy that she lived and the show revealed it immediately. But now that leaves a big question: how is she alive? Red is an excellent shot and kills people like that all the time so was it only an accident/chance that she survived, did he mean for her to survive the shot or did he unconciously let her live? Is the man who found her simply some random person (who seemed worryingly unconcerned when he found her) or someone working for Red? I feel like that's going to be very important going forward. I'm really hoping that Red wasn't intending to kill her.

At the moment Red and Liz seem to mostly be committed to a truce - minus him refusing to give her information and being passive aggressive (I loved the grave visit) and her ignoring him and being passive aggressive. But otherwise things are very calm between them. Red is maintaining an emotional distance from her that's very unusual and is avoiding talk about her betrayal. Liz is mostly holding herself back from instigating a confrontation or otherwise picking fights with him. She hasn't even brought up the fact that he told her that her father was dead. It might be for the best in the short while, as they work to get back Agnes, but I find myself really impatient. I want that confrontation! Let out all those feelings! I just want them back together as a team because that's when they're at their best.

The Aram/Liz hug was lovely. I also really liked that he told her that he was still upset about what she did even while he doesn't hate her for it.

I enjoyed Liz and Tom's caper to get information about the case. It was fun.

I like that Liz asked after Mr. Kaplan.

I really wish we could get more from Dembe on everything that's been happening and what he thinks of it.

I'm not entirely sold on the diary being true. Red's stone-faced reaction to Liz's accusatory recap of the what she'd read didn't feel like him reacting to a real truth. It didn't feel like it actually got to him in an emotional way? I don't know... I think maybe that it reminds me off his reaction when she thought he'd killed her father? I may need to rewatch those scene. He certainly didn't seem especially worried or upset that she had the diary. Plua a diary would be something easy enough to fake.

Red's theory about why Kirk wanted Liz has merit, and it's something I think everyone has considered by this point, but I still don't know that I buy it as his main motivation. It leaves me wondering why Kirk didn't have another child.

I still don't buy that Red is Liz's father (and I will be seriously annoyed if he is) but his line about "thinks you're his daughter" makes me wonder if Constantin also isn't her father? The twist being that neither of these men are her biological father and whoever is is dead but is also someone that will open a whole new can of worms (and is the reason why everyone would always be after her. Though I have no idea who this person could be.)

I loved that moment when Red was going on one of his usual story monologues and then went 'eh' and hung up instead of finishing it. Also the fact that Red sent an elite former-SEAL team to recover a lost watch is so him.
