Episode 11

+ "I feel like I've lost something very important." - Gun. Okay first - ouch! Poor Se Ra. But mainly yay! I love how he says this. I love that it was the heart lollipop Mi Young gave him that started the return of Gun's memories.

+ Se Ra's actions this episode weren't good but I understand why she reacted this way. Of course she'd desperately grasp at the chance for a do-over when presented with a pre-Macau Gun. But it was always doomed to failure and a part of her had to have known that. It was only ever going to end badly and for the most part she's been a pretty good person with a good relationship with Gun so I think that's why I only feel sorry for her.

+ The lack of communication for no reason is super annoying. There was no reason for Mi Young not to tell her family about Gun's amnesia instead of letting them think the worst of him.

+ What is the point of trying to keep the truth from Gun, to the point of lying to him, when you leave him his phone? And immediately after he's been in the news! It was really dumb.

+ I really enjoyed Manager Tak. His protectivess of Mi Young, him trying to sell her as Gun's secretary and the fist bump and just how much he tried to be supportive.

Episode 12

This was a painful episode but at the same time I'm shaking my head at how many tropes they threw into it. Deadly illness, breaking up with someone to protect them (ugh), life-threatening accident and a time skip? Although I actually love the time skip.

+ "I've never once lost my dignity in my whole life." - Gun. LOL. I love the look that she gives him and that she then immediately starts listing off all the times he has.

+ I've felt sorry for Se Ra up until this point but she definitely crossed the line for me here.

+ Ugh, Gun breaking up with Mi Young, and breaking her heart, and being actually kind of cruel about it all to protect her from further heartbreak from his maybe impending death is very aggravating. Although I wonder if it was the young death or the memory loss/maybe dementia that came with it that he was struggling with most? Regardless, when they eventually get back together I really hope she makes him work hard for it.

+ "You have to give one of them up." Um, except not really? There is literally no choice here? Dr. Moon just said she is early in her pregnancy, I'm pretty sure there's no way for the baby to survive without Mi Young so... it's not really a choice is it?

+ I really loved how gentle and kind mom was with Gun. I'm glad that she doesn't blame him for anything.

+ It was definitely a dumb accident but if there is blame it's with both of them. Gun for his stupid 'break up to protect her' which lead to everything (tbh I'm putting the most blame on him), and Mi Young for stopping in the middle of the road to call Gun's name (besides isn't the person supposed to run after the one they're calling? I'm pretty sure that's how that goes.) Also the driver for not paying attention and missing the person standing in the middle of the road.

+ Gun basically abandoning Mi Young when she needed him most (regardless of the stupid reasoning) was such an asshole thing to do.

+ Weirdly as hard as it was to watch Gun reject Mi Young, and as painful as it was, I think I'd have been more annoyed at him if he'd accepted her request to start over. He decided that his theoretical impending death meant that he should cut her from his life for her own good, however stupid that is, and losing the baby doesn't actually change that and it would have felt like all that happened before had no point.
