Agents of Shield Thoughts

iariaA couple thoughts on the first three episodes:
+ I like Robbie, the look of Ghost Rider and how they're playing him.
+ I'm really enjoying the Daisy/Robbie interactions.
+ I loved the May/Jemma scene in episode one where Jemma yells at May and reveals that she has been 'clawing for power' in order to protect the team and then angrily gives May an order. It was such a great scene. Also with them I loved Jemma fighting to save May and then hugging her when she was brought back to life.
+ I really like that Elena was helping Daisy get the medication she needed.
+ I like May's new strike team and Agent Piper. That one scene where May tells Agent Piper to call her May and she responsed "I can do May" and then has an ohgod moment made me ship them. Hope we see more of her.
4x04 'Let Me Stand Next to Your Fire'
+ I loved everything with Jemma and Daisy. I've missed them so much. Daisy turning to Jemma when hurt, the whole exchange with the gun and Jemma's "I missed you.", Jemma's the boss, and the tension between them and working together to escape the Watch Dogs. They were great.
+ I loved Robbie catching the flaming chain. Very badass. I also love that he brought James out alive because that's what Coulson asked him to do.
+ "Not even Nick Fury himself. (pause) He's an old friend, sort of a mentor, really." - Coulson. I love how Nick Fury is the pinnacle for Coulson. This caused a little resurrection of my shippy feelings for them.
+ Mack and Coulson during the car chase were fun.
+ The May/Coulson moment was really nice.
+ I love that Jemma knew immediately that Aida was an android. Also enjoyed Aida's interations with May and Coulson.
