Wynonna Earp 2x07 Thoughts

Fun! I loved this episode. Definitely one of my favourite episodes of the show.
+ I loved Wynonna/Nicole. It was a great, and fun, little team-up. I like when we get these moments of just them together and we get to see how much they actually do like each other. Their friendship makes me really happy and I hope the show keeps giving us it outside of Waverly. Nicole's sympathy for Wynonna and having her back were wonderful, as was prickly Wynonna actually trusting Nicole.
+ That whole Waverly/Nicole + Wynonna phone call was a delight. Waverly and Nicole's endearments and Waverly trying to be all tough about it but failing, Waverly working out where they are, Nicole being unable to lie to her and her panicked "Aphrodite made me do it!" and Wynonna's reactions throughout - hilarious.
+ Dolls/Doc were wonderful. I loved Dolls reassuring Doc about his failure against the Widows and then offering his sincere congratulations about the baby. I loved his defense of Doc against the Marshal as "one of the most loyal, solid and fearless men I've ever known", awww! And then Doc deciding to stay and drink beers and hang out with Dolls at the end. I love them.
+ "All I want is for you to be healthy. For you to be as close to happy as possible." ♥ I loved him getting all choked up, aww Doc. I love how they show his love for Wynonna. This was basically the best response he could have given. Wynonna not telling him the truth was obviously the wrong choice but I can't blame her for it after that beautiful little speech. Also Doc's version of 'old-fashioned' ie: respectful and seeing women as people is something we could do more of in the world.
+ "He's all strings. He's like a marionette puppy." Aw. I really liked Waverly's concern and love for Doc and her attempt to comfort him.
+ Waverly bringing in Nicole to babysit/watch over Wynonna was nice.
+ "You're a cute drunk." - Wynonna She super is. Drunk Nicole is super adorable and still competent and smart. I loved, and am impressed, by her taking out the power box. She was great.
+ Jeremy binding the three guys together - LOL. That was hilarious and such a perfect way to a) prevent Doc from running off to deal with his problems alone again, and b) force Doc/Dolls to interact and talk. That whole plot was a lot of fun.
+ I love Jeremy. He was such a great addition to the cast. He is super adorable and amusing. He was great this episode. I love his continuing crush on Doc (and Dolls?) and his rambling glee about baby Earp. His big grin and agreement when the marshal observed that they were all 'unusually close' was funny and cute. He's such a doofus.
+ "Ghost. We are being attacked by a ghost. Who you going to call? ...No one. There's no one to call." Heh.
+ I loved Dolls glee at meeting his hero.
+ I really liked Wynonna/Waverly moment after Wynonna killed the Revenant-Probably-Not-the-Daddy. The hug, Waverly calling her a superhero, "single motherhood, same thing", and especially Wynonna's answer to Waverly questioning what the baby is: Ours.
+ Aww, Doc pulling the blanket up on Jeremy. He really is a marionette puppy.
+ "Then we murder science to keep it's fucking mouth shut." - Wynonna. Hee.
+ I could have done with Revenant Jonas being a little less of a disgusting, rapey sexist asshole. I think they made a misstep there by making him so nasty when it would have been much more interesting if he'd been one of the okay Revenant's who just wants to live his life and she chose to kill him regardless in order to protect herself and the baby because she couldn't trust him.
