Lucifer 2x01

+ Marcus is a dick but I'm loving his interactions with Lucifer. It absolutely didn't go the way I was expecting. Marcus knew who Lucifer was and purposefully approached him. The was some snarkiness and poking but Marcus seemed pretty damn okay with Lucifer being there. He calls Chloe "Lucifer's partner" (dick) and didn't seemed phased by the fact that Lucifer went off script. We get this line: <>I"We need someone who is a lot less... everything." It's... interesting. It feels like Marcus is intrigued by Lucifer, that perhaps he already likes him. Certainly he treats him better from the start than Dan. When I heard about his character I thought they might be bringing him in as a rival to Lucifer for Chloe and thus he'd be hostile towards Lucifer and his unorthodox place in the precinct. I love this take much more. Also I may already ship it.

+ The fake outs with Lucifer trying to tell Chloe the truth but not for various reasons has hit annoying and hopefully it won't be brought up again until she actually does learn the truth.

+ Lucifer blames his dad for his regrown wings and loss of his devil face but I wonder if it could be that someone else has taken over hell and is the new Devil and Lucifer is now simply an angel again?

+ Lucifer vs his wings was fun. I love his exasperation with having to deal with them.

Project Runway 16x08

I find Claire annoying very often (the 'voice' she uses is super pretentious), the way she and Shawn helped each other was very unfair to the other designers and verged on cheating, and she did appear to copy other designs a couple times and yet with all that I still wasn't on Margarita's side this episode. In fact I was super irritated with Margarita and ended up feeling sorry for Claire as she stood on the runway with literally no idea about what was happening. Now it does appear there was some sort of cheating happening but the episode isn't very clear about it.

What is clear is that Margarita is fake and a hypocrite. She protests that she 'was raised not to throw people under the bus' but if that were true she wouldn't have said anything at all. The only purpose of saying that is to indicate that there is something she wants the judges to ask about and dig into. Also she 100% threw her model under the bus a couple eps back. She plays all nice girl and innocent while spending her entire time in the work room complaining behind Claire's back to all the other designers that Claire is copying her clothes. She gossips with Michael in Spanish about Claire cheating. Maybe instead of acting like she's in high school she should have actually confronted Claire with her concerns. If she thought that Claire was cheating (with the pant situation whatever it may be) why didn't she bring it up to Tim or one of the producers?

Instead of concentrating on her own outfit she spent most of their work time internally freaking out over Claire which lead to a not great final look that was entirely her own fault. Michael being such a drama llama made me roll my eyes.

As for everything else - Kentaro had the best look. I thought it looked great, fit the client and was perfect for what she needed it for. He also continues to be a sweetheart. Claire's look was the other good one. I wasn't impressed with any of the others and thought they all missed the mark. Batani has really disappointed me. This should have been her challenge but she failed so hard. It's super weird because her personal style is so great but she just can't seem to translate it to nice clothes on the show and it's sad.
