The Blacklist 5x14 Thoughts

"Therapy helped me to become... an entirely different person" - Red. Hmmmm.
I love that Red has a network of homeless spies. Of course he does.
Red’s flustered reaction to Liz asking him to therapy was hilarious.
Dembe interrupting Red's story to question it's veracity amused me.
"Some of what he’s done is unimaginably bad. But some of what he’s done for me is unimaginably good." - Liz. It was nice to see Liz appreciating Red's care for her and seeing her defend him. I'm glad that she is firmly aligning herself with Red now and has accepted herself that that is what she is doing. Liz declaring herself Red's daughter, and accepting everything that means, is a big step and yet it's only making me more sure that she's about to get the rug pulled out from under her again.
"I’m an honest man." - Red. LOL! Also amusing was Red's assertion that he and Liz didn't need therapy.
Red's scenes with Delorus were nice. I loved him choosing to stand beside her at the graveside so she wasn't alone. I hope we see her again.
The Singleton storyline did not go in the direction I was expecting which I like. That said I still think he's going to end up dead.
There really wasn't much Harold could do about Red shanghaiing the blacklister, and having the location of the bodies was a fair consolation prize, but it still felt like he took it surprisingly well. I guess after 5 years he's reached a state of zen with Red's nonsense?
Now why does Red need someone who creates doppelgangers to use as alibis? My first thought was that maybe decades ago he helped Katarina fake her death. Or perhaps, knowing that Liz will never move on from her revenge, he's proactively setting up an alibi for her? Either way I expect Sinclair to come back into play by the end of the season.
So this episode we get an FBI therapist knowing not only about the Task Force but also for some reason that Red is Liz's father (you'd think that is a really need to know piece of information) and now a random cop is allowed access to the Task Force and given the complete rundown on how it works?
It seemed a little strange that when Liz was asking Red to go to therapy with her she called him Reddington, which feels distancing, instead of Red, which feels more personal and intimate.
Red assures Liz that Singleton won't enter her apartment again, in his very confident Reddington manner, and yet at the end of the episode Singleton was right back to sneaking into her apartment. It just felt weird that he fails something he tells Liz he will do pretty much immediately.
It bothered me that Ressler went to check on the ex-wife instead of going with Samar after the armed perpetrator.
