+ I LOVE that the Machine has other teams running and that some are made up of people Team Machine helped in the past. I love the idea that most of the people they've helped end up getting involved in some way. I also love the idea that the Machine sent one of those teams to protect Reese and the others while they dealt with their own Number. That these few at least got to repay their help. That's great. I do wish that this had all happened early in the season and we'd gotten to see more of the teams and had more returning guest stars.

+ Finch working with the Machine to get out of the building was scary and awesome. I loved his harsh carrot/stick approach with the guard.

+ "Hers is a voice I miss. Deeply." - Finch. Aww.

+ I can think of nothing Root would love more than for the Machine to use her voice to communicate.

+ This Reese/Fusco exchange was great:

"They work around the clock, no choice in who they protect and threats never stop coming." - Reese
"Wow, you really dodged a bullet there." - Fusco.

+ Shaw's denial assertion that she had to be in a simulation was sad.

+ Reese and Shaw were great working together. I like how considerate and understanding Reese was of Shaw's grief and her attempts to deal with it in her own way. Also:

"You know I didn't mean that literally right?" - Reese
"I missed on purpose, jackass." - Shaw

LOL.

+ "Rest in peace, Coco Puffs." - Fusco. :(

+ Team Machine really needs to start holding phones up to their ears because standing around talking to nobody is suspicious.
