• I am all over the place with Hye Ri though overall I really like her. She does things like stamp the warrants without looking at them (there’s naive and then there’s stupid, what is she thinking!?), and the way she continues to not take responsibility for the consequences of her own actions. But then she does things like throwing her favourite shoe at a bad guy, and earnestly take notes while Jung Sun gives her instructions (she’s not a snob just self-absorbed) and she’s completely adorable with her mom. Most of all I love how honest and forthright she is. She tells the Chief that Se Joon got hurt protecting her regardless of whether that would get her in more trouble, she comes right out and tells In Woo not to like her because she likes someone else, and then straight-out tells Se Joon that she likes him. I love that about her. I also like her because despite her selfishness she is still so – sweet underneath. And while her naivety makes me roll my eyes sometimes it also makes me much more inclined towards giving her a break.

• Hye Ri telling In Woo to stop liking her because she liked someone else and didn’t want to lead him on really shocked me. I loved it but what kind of drama heroine does that? I was also really surprised when In Woo didn’t immediately deny it. He didn’t come right out and say he liked her [though his “why do I have to stop doing that (liking you)” is close] but he did nothing to deny it either.

“What I’m saying is an excuse... I wanted to see you. ... I like you. Can’t I say that?” – Hye Ri. Oh, Hye Ri. She protested to her mom a couple episodes ago that she’d liked guys before but I’m wondering if this is the her first real crush?

• I loved In Woo sweeping in with his coat and ushering Hye Ri away to the safety in his car as Se Joon stood on the steps watching. The triangle moments in this drama are leaving me positively gleeful.

• How did In Woo know that Hye Ri was at the airport? Did he have someone watching her house?

• Poor In Woo. Not only didn’t he get to save the girl but she also never learned that he ended up fighting because of her and got hurt.

“It seems that you and Ma Hye Ri weren’t meant to be.” – Jeni. So all of this is In Woo... wooing Hye Ri? I feel like there has to be more to it than that.

• I liked Hye Ri’s mom and their relationship. They seem to be really close and supportive.

• I understand why Se Joon was so hostile towards Hye Ri at his house, he’s just protecting Bin Yun, but still it was really harsh. And I have a feeling he’s going to be regretting it in the near future too.

• Very important – Hye Ri’s hair was looking much better in this episode.

• When the two cops were talking and laughing about Hye Ri and the fact that she signs every warrant there was a third smiling cop in the background that I recognise from the time Hye Ri was arrested. Considering In Woo’s phone call preceding that scene that cop has to be working for or with him. Hmm.
