Prosecutor Princess Episode 7 Review

iariaThis was my favourite episode thus far. I love Hye Ri so much and she was amazing this episode. In Woo continues to be the hottest most adorable stalker ever. Hye Ri/In Woo continues to make me really happy.
• He moved in a week ago – right after he learned that she was planning to move near Se Yoon of course. I love their apartment building. So pretty.
• “This would be fate. To call it evil destiny would be unfair to our friendship thus far. What can we do but call it fate.” – In Woo. Hee.
• Hye Ri’s father wanting to installing CCTV in her apartment makes me smile.
• Aw she feels less scared because he’s nearby.
• Aw he woke her up so she wouldn’t be late.
• I love that Hye Ri started to sit in the front seat, remembered Jung Sun and moved into the back because it was ‘Jung Sun’s seat’. I love her.
• Oh, Hye Ri, she is so bad at reading other people’s attitudes. That was probably the most uncomfortable car drive ever for Se Joon and Jung Sun and Hye Ri just couldn’t see it and was so pleased with herself. I loved her complimenting Jung Sun. Her telling Jung Sun that she’d look better without her glasses and then asking Se Joon if he agreed made me laugh. Poor Jung Sun. Hye Ri's big smile and happiness when they got to work was adorable.
• I’ve been wanting Hye Ri to be more assertive in her job so I was glad when assistant Cha asked why she was being so timid. It makes complete sense that she’s afraid of making a mistake again. Poor Hye Ri.
• Prosecutors examine corpses? What? Well, I suppose it’s not that strange that they’d do a coroners job since they also apparently do work as detectives as well .
• I loved Jung Sun snapping at Hye Ri to stop being so childish.
• “It was admirable seeing you earlier.” – Hye Ri. I love how Hye Ri behaves around Jung Sun though the test will be when she learns they like the same guy.
• Hye Ri telling Jung Sun that she likes Se Joon and basically asking her to back off was just so her but I was not expecting Jung Sun to actually confesses to liking Se Joon as well!
• “I’m sorry but I don’t think I can give him up for you. I despise girls who steal other girl’s men! You should have told me earlier and I would have been able to give him up. But now it’s too late. My heart can’t be controlled. ...But I can give up on carpooling. That was something you did first.” – Hye Ri. Oh, Hye Ri. I think this is my favourite response to learning about a love rival ever.
• “(quiet) Fighting” LOL. I loved the little fist pump. OMG that was so adorable. I ♥ her so much. I don’t think it’s possible to love Hye Ri more than I do in this scene. ♥
• Jung Sun taking the opportunity to mess with Hye Ri, knowing how naive she is and that she would worry about ghosts, makes me love her a little more. It was relatively harmless, not really mean and sneaky. I like it.
• Who the hell is Jung Nan? How does In Woo know her and why does he care? Why is he in disguise when he meets with her?
• I loved In Woo messing with Hye Ri about the ghost. “It’s right next to you.” Hee.
• Oh, In Woo. I love him and his bucket. He totally knew that she wanted his company and was drawing it out. Her expression the second time he used it was perfect. You could see her gritting her teeth in frustration.
• I loved the scene of Hye Ri sleeping on the couch and In Woo leaning against the back of it. Oh, In Woo, you angst so prettily.
• OMG the thing in his car was an alarm clock for her? AW! She wakes up to his voice every morning. I love it.
• I liked the Hye Ri/In Woo discussion about her feelings for Se Joon. I liked him pointing out that Se Joon has scars and that if she’s not serious about a relationship, and everything it entails, she shouldn’t pursue him. And I like that she didn’t just immediately assert her feelings but went and spent the next couple days (or so) thinking about it.
• LOL to In Woo copying Hye Ri’s morning exercises. That was adorable.
• Hye Ri did so well dealing with her second case. I’m so proud of her! And I loved how much she shocked/awed her assistants.
• In Woo helping Hye Ri set up a dinner date by making the food with her... seriously is he a masochist? Was he just grasping at any chance to spend time with her regardless of why?
• I loved In Woo asking for a Wonder Woman coupon of his own. I also loved that she added in restrictions that prevented him from trying to use her prosecutorial authority.
• “Why does he seem pitiful?” – Hye Ri. Because he’s trying way too hard because he’s in love with you? Just a guess!
• “What can’t I do for my best friend?” – In Woo. Aw he and Jeni are best friends. That suddenly makes me love them so much. I’m also left really hoping that their relationship doesn’t take a turn towards Jeni being in unrequited love with In Woo because male/female friendships with no romantic tension are too rare.
• “I wish that the love that she wants that she would get it.” Oh, In Woo.
• He wants to be good to her in the “time given” ... before what? Before she hates him forever because of his revenge? Before he dies because he has some incurable disease? What?!
• So really this triangle makes me so happy even though I’m not invested in Se Joon or Hye Ri/Se Joon. I’m just finding it so enjoyable. Hye Ri waits and waits, Se Joon gets her note hours too late and finds the basket waiting outside his door and meanwhile In Woo paces and waits to find out what happened. I love it.
• “You’re very praiseworthy! After waiting for a man for four hours you now understand what it means to be ‘achingly waiting’?” – In Woo. No, seriously, has he been in love with her since they were children? Or since they met?
• OMG! omg, omg, the final scene... eeee. Everything about it was perfect. Just... *hands* “Just now I’m going to do something.” His hand on her neck so she doesn’t turn to see Se Joon, and then on her waist as he pulls her to him, and the way he prevents her from pulling away completely (though Se Joon can’t see because his arm is hidden by her coat) and him holding her face in his hands and his smirk and “This” as he kisses her .... akhdksdfd!! OMG. ♥♥
- The only thing that could have made it better would have been if a) Hye Ri had gotten into it – eyes closed, kissing back, hand clenching his shoulder, and b) if In Woo had gotten so swept up in the kiss he’d completely forgotten that Se Joon was there.
